Cashman Equipment Company Welcomes New President, Mike Pack

Wednesday, March 28, 2007 (Las Vegas, Nevada) Last week, Cashman Equipment Company announced the appointment of Mike Pack, President and COO. Mr. Pack comes to the company from Frehner Construction and Aggregate Industries (parent company to Frehner Construction).

Mr. Pack has been in the West coast construction industry for the past 20 years. His career in Las Vegas began nine years ago as president of Frehner Construction. When Aggregate Industries, an international aggregates and building materials group, purchased Frehner, Mr. Pack became the Regional President over several Aggregate subsidiaries, including Southern Nevada Paving, Frehner Construction, Bardon Materials, and Regal Ready Mix.

Cashman Equipment and Frehner Construction have enjoyed a business relationship for over 30 years. When asked about his transition from customer to dealer/supplier, Mr. Pack commented, “I am looking forward to this new venture. My previous experience on the customer side will hopefully bring a fresh perspective to the Cashman team.” His comments were supported by Cashman’s Chairman and CEO, MaryKaye Cashman, “We are confident that Mike’s outlook will enhance the way Cashman Equipment relates to our customers. His years of experience, combined with his industry insight, will be a wonderful addition to our team.”

Mr. Pack will be joining Cashman’s executive management team headquartered in their corporate offices in North Las Vegas, Nevada. In his role as President and COO, he will provide guidance and direction to Cashman’s 800 employees, with eight locations in the state of Nevada and one in Mammoth Lakes, California.
