Easy-to-Use Haul Truck Brake Wear Indicators
Get rid of that mechanical indicator for your brakes! Cashman Equipment now offers a brake wear indicator that quickly checks brake disc wear. Depending on your equipment model, you can quickly install the tool in existing ports or the housing can easily be machined to accept the tool. Once installed, checking your brake wear becomes simple and non-invasive, resulting in no brake fluid loss and the elimination of the need to bleed the brakes for routine service checks. The other benefits include:
- Reduced routine service time.
- Improved wear readings accounting for full tolerance range of brake pad wear.
- Excellent parts support. Each indicator can be simply rebuilt with an available service kit (363-8596) including new o-rings, spring dowel and back-up ring.
