– Track all assigned Cashman Equipment Exchange components from time of sale to its return to stock after reconditioning.
– Communicate with the PSSR’s, and Service Departments to determine priority of rebuilds and progress of exchange rebuilds. Location and status of all cores and rebuilds to ensure excellent service to all Cashman customers.
– Maintain excellent relationships with all internal Cashman employees to ensure ongoing communication and customer satisfaction.
